FANCY Amethyst and Diamond Gold Ring

Very good condition - amethyst has some light scratches that can be seen with 10x magnification.
Please note: The amethyst is more pinkish purple than bluish purple like in the pictures.
It appears this ring is from the 1980s but the diamonds are very old. They are old mine cut diamonds from the late 1800s.
Amethyst measures approx. 6.75mm in diameter.
Six old mine cut diamonds measure approx. 2.25 mm.
Stamped 14K.
