Vintage Gold Love Knot with Diamond in the Center

Excellent condition.
This was a cravat pin that we converted into a pendant. The knot is likely late 1800s but the single cut diamond in its setting was likely added later by someone. It appears to be from the 1920s.
Tests 10K.
Knot measures approx. 10mm.
The square setting that holds the diamond measures approx. 3mm.
Pendant weighs 1.8 grams.
Chain not included.
