It appears to be Victorian.
Orange stone is agate and the green stone appears to be bloodstone.
Tests sterling.
Measures approx. 2/12 inch x 7/8 inch at it's widest point on top.
Weighs 10.2 grams.
Someone signed it in cursive on the back "x156" and "dufR"
