Very good vintage condition - The top woven strand is has frayed a little but is in very good shape. Other than that, it's in excellent condition. Clasp is in excellent condition.
Findings test gold.
Cameo frame measures approx. 1 x 7/8 inch.
Weighs 9.7 grams.
Made 1860 - 1889.
Total length is approx. 7 1/4 inches.
